  • Patent number: 11997028
Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to interference mitigation for communication with muting via inter-cell coordination. In one example, a network entity such as a cell may identify a time or frequency resource allocated for communication with a user equipment (UE), and transmit, to a neighboring network entity, a muting message indicating that the time or frequency resource is occupied for communication. In another example, the network entity may receive, from a neighboring network entity, a muting message indicating that a time or frequency resource is occupied for communication. The network entity may further forgo scheduling of an uplink or downlink transmission to a UE on the indicated time or frequency resource. The network entity may further schedule data for uplink or downlink transmission with the UE on a different time or frequency resource.

  • Patent number: 11991009
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for two or more messages from a base station. The UE may transmit, to the base station, at least one bit (e.g., in first stage uplink control information (UCI)) that is based at least in part on combined acknowledgement feedback associated with the two or more messages and that indicates a subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. In some aspects, the UE may further transmit at least one additional bit (e.g., in second stage UCI) that is based at least in part on the combined acknowledgement feedback and that indicates a different subset of possible decoding events associated with the two or more messages. Numerous other aspects are described.

  • Publication number: 20240156118
Abstract: A method for producing yogurt includes steps of: (a) producing a lactic acid bacteria-containing fermentation broth by adding live lactic acid bacteria to a yogurt raw material and fermenting the yogurt raw material; and (b) producing a killed bacteria-containing liquor by killing the live lactic acid bacteria through a process of heat-treating the live lactic acid bacteria-containing fermentation broth. According to the method, it is possible to solve distribution and storage problems by dramatically overcoming the limitation of short shelf life under refrigerated storage conditions of existing yogurt, specifically, increasing the shelf life at room temperature (not refrigeration) of yogurt to at least 6 months, preferably about 1 year, while maintaining the taste, nutritional components, and special features of existing yogurt, through a process of fermenting a raw material using live lactic acid bacteria and killing the live lactic acid bacteria by heat treatment.

  • Publication number: 20240163886
Abstract: Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE), Generation Node-B (gNB) and methods of communication are disclosed herein. The UE may receive a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that schedules a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in a slot, and on a component carrier (CC) of a plurality of CCs. The PDCCH may include a total downlink assignment index (DAI) and a counter DAI for hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback of the PDSCH. The total DAI may indicate a total number of pairs of CCs and slots for the HARQ-ACK feedback. The UE may encode the HARQ-ACK feedback to include a bit that indicates whether the PDSCH is successfully decoded. A size of the HARQ-ACK feedback may be based on the total DAI, and a position of the bit may be based on the counter DAI.

  • Patent number: 11984978
Abstract: A method of non-coherent wireless communication performed by a wireless communication device includes generating information bits for transmission to another wireless communication device. The method also includes identifying a configuration for a polar code encoder for encoding the information bits. The method further includes encoding a set of the information bits with a polar code encoding operation based on the configuration to generate a codeword, the configuration rendering the polar code encoding operation incapable of generating a codeword that is a bit-flipped counterpart of another codeword that the polar code encoding operation is capable of generating based on the configuration. The method still further includes transmitting the codeword via a wireless channel without a reference signal.
