Publication number: 20240355330Abstract: A speech recognition device for dentistry includes a processor, and a memory storing one or more instructions. The instructions are executed by the processor to obtain a sound containing noise and speech generated during a dental treatment, perform a noise cancelling on the sound, and run a speech-to-text (STT) model trained using a self-supervised learning method. The STT model executes extracting a feature from each of the sound with the noise cancelling and from the sound without the noise cancelling, obtaining an encoding vector by assigning a weight to each of the features and processing the features, and obtaining a script for the speech by decoding the encoding vector. Further, the self-supervised learning method includes a fine-tuning process in which sounds containing noises and speeches that are generated during the dental treatment and a script for each of the speeches are used as a training data.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2023Publication date: October 24, 2024Applicant: DenComm Inc.Inventor: Byung Joon LIM

Publication number: 20240294965Abstract: Provided herein are high-throughput, population-wide serotyping and antibody profiling assays. Disclosed variants of a Digital Serotyping assay employ next generation sequencing to measure the “serotyping profile” of barcoded subject serum antibodies tested against a range of DNA-tagged pathogen-derived antigens. The disclosed assay setup enables multiplexing in both the sample and antigen dimensions, generating a large multi-dimensional serotyping data set for more comprehensive serotyping profiling of large populations across a large number of antigens and possible pathogens. Moreover, the ability to easily scale and multiplex the number of peptide epitopes allows rapid updating of the assay content to monitor the ever-changing spectrum of pathogens. Additional applications of this technology include cancer immunology and autoimmune conditions (e.g., neoantigen or autoimmune profiling), screening for toxins, antibody therapeutics development, biosecurity, and veterinary medicine.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 8, 2024Publication date: September 5, 2024Applicant: Encodia, Inc.Inventors: Eric OKERBERG, Kevin L. Publication number: 20230415854Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for monitoring a floating vessel hull mooring system by determining one or more hull rotational motions of yaw, roll, and/or pitch that do not require independent knowledge of environmental conditions. The hull rotational motion of a secure and intact mooring system can be calculated and/or established experientially over time by measuring movement of the hull to characterize the hull rotational motion at given geographical positions. A compromised mooring system will result in different hull rotational motion of at least one of yaw, roll, and/or pitch. By monitoring the hull rotational motion for a given geographical position to be compared to the theoretical values (and/or previous recorded values), it is then possible to assess that at least a portion of the mooring system has been compromised and in at some embodiment indicate which portion of the mooring system has been compromised.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 28, 2023Publication date: December 28, 2023Applicant: TECHNIP FRANCEInventors: Nicolas TCHERNIGUIN, Djoni Eka SIDARTA, Johyun KYOUNG, Ho Joon LIM
