  • Publication number: 20220042774
Abstract: Proposed is a portable laser weapon. The portable laser weapon includes: a laser generation unit generating a high-power laser beam; a wearing unit having the laser generation unit therein and being able to be worn on an individual; a sighting-shooting unit receiving and shooting a laser beam generated from the laser beam generation unit; and a beam transmission cable connecting the laser generation unit and the sighting-shooting unit to each other, thereby transmitting a laser generated from the laser generation unit to the sighting-shooting unit. Accordingly, it is possible to considerably improve the usability of laser weapons by providing a laser weapon that can be operated by an individual infantryman and can shoot a high-power laser.

  • Publication number: 20140036828
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for transmitting and receiving at least one Downlink Control Information (DCI) in a communication system supporting Carrier Aggregation (CA) are provided. The method for receiving includes receiving information representative of presence of carrier indicator by higher layer signaling from a Node B; receiving information representative of at least one cell indicator by higher layer signaling from the Node B; defining an UE specific search space based on aggregation level, an UE ID, and at least one carrier indicator value, where the UE specific search space includes a set of Physical Downlink Control CHannel (PDCCH) candidates based on the aggregation level; decoding at least one PDCCH including at least one DCI respectively by the UE ID; and acquiring the at least one DCI, wherein the at least one carrier indicator value is based on the at least one cell indicator.

  • Publication number: 20110081935
Abstract: An LTE-A system and power control method for controlling cell interference based on codeword-specific transmission power adjustment with a transmission power control offset parameter. The method includes transmitting a parameter KS signaled by a higher layer and codeword-specific power control parameters from a base station to a terminal; calculating gains at the terminal, using the codeword-specific power control parameters and the parameter KS; calculating, at the terminal, codeword-specific transmit powers according to the gains; and transmitting, from the terminal to the base station, at least two codewords at the codeword-specific transmit powers.
