  • Patent number: 8109351
Abstract: The present invention employs a multi-link to an excavator for the first, and restricts a relative movement of the center frame (10) and the roller frame (20) using a multi-link bridge (30) in relation to an undercarriage system of vehicle body structures of the excavator. According to the present invention, in an undercarriage system in which the center frame 10 and the roller frame 20 are independently from each other, a plurality of links is added to rotate up and down by a predetermined angle in a vertical direction and a longitudinal direction of the roller frame (20) and thus the overturning can be prevented and also operator's feeling of riding can be enhanced by preventing an inclination of the center frame (10) due to condition of an uneven road surface, and a service life of the track can be increased as the partial wear is prevented.

  • Patent number: 7717201
Abstract: Disclosed is an undercarriage having a shock absorption function, including a pair of roller frames facing each other, each roller frame having a plurality of vibration-proof rollers inside thereof, at a lower portion thereof, a main frame disposed between the roller frames and provided with a turn table at a center portion thereof, and a shock absorption bridge for connecting the main frame to the roller frame. According to the present invention, vibration-proof rollers are installed inside a roller frame instead of conventional rollers and the shock absorption bridge is fixed between the main frame and the roller frame, thereby absorbing an external shock in two steps and thus enhancing ride comfort.

  • Patent number: 7182414
Abstract: The present invention relates to an undercarriage equipped with a coreless rubber crawler in a chain drive configuration, and more particularly, to a track system undercarriage for a skid loader in which an auxiliary axle and an auxiliary sprocket are provided to solve the problem of load concentration at the contact points of a coreless rubber crawler, which is adopted to reduce the total load of a vehicle. A gear chain is provided surrounding a main axle and the auxiliary axle, so that the load is dispersed over a large contact area of the coreless rubber crawler, thereby relieving internal stress concentrations at the sprocket and the coreless rubber crawler, and significantly improving the life span of the coreless rubber crawler.
