Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are presented for connecting various parties in the freight industry to better coordinate their shipping needs while offering a much greater degree of transparency. In some embodiments, the system of the present disclosures includes a website that allows users from any of the shippers, receivers, brokers, and carriers, to login and interface with each of the other parties, as well as track the statuses of each of the shipping routes that they are involved with. The example website of the present disclosures allows a more universal and reliable medium for all members in the freight industry community to efficiently and reliably learn about the available resources from each of the different parties.

Abstract: Example methods, apparatuses, and systems (e.g., machines) are presented that track in real time shipping transactions in the logistics industry during freight transit. Graphical interfaces are also provided to show with varying degrees of detail and perspective of the progress of the shipments as they travel from one location to the next. Multiple types of users, including the shipper (e.g., a winery), receiver (e.g., a grocery store), broker (e.g., third party middle man helping to coordinate contacts with the parties) and carrier (e.g., truck or trucking company), are provided access to track the same shipment from a common graphical interface according to aspects of the present disclosure.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are presented for a uniquely designed digital interface including multiple dashboards to offer complete visibility to the users of freight companies with any business role in the logistics industry. In some embodiments, an Application View and an Administration View are provided in the digital dashboard interface that allows users to access their information related to one or more shipping transactions. In some embodiments, in the Application View, the Shipper, Broker, Carrier or Receiver can access order-centric dashboard via a personalized dashboard view and location (e.g., map)-centric dashboard via a Map menu. In the Administration View, the users with administrative privileges can manage company-level settings for assets, users, contacts, partnerships, alarms and application properties to streamline the Application View's feature behaviors and user experience tailored for the company's business practice.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are presented for establishing partnerships and generally providing prioritized and/or preferential treatment to various entities in the shipping supply chain of the trucking freight industry for shipping transactions. Various functionality and communications may be enhanced when partnerships are formed. In some embodiments, a freight management website is architected to implement innovative partnership concepts among various freight management companies to realize social network elements tailored for the logistics industry. Freight management companies can configure their preferred business partners so that they can set exactly what and how to share their business target information. Through partnerships, complex logistics business workflow is automated and optimized for trusted freight management companies.
