Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for secure messaging with constrained user actions. An example method includes causing presentation of an interactive user interface, the interactive user interface enabling messaging with end users, each end user being associated with a respective phone number. Selection of a particular end user is received via the interaction user interface and the interactive user interface is updated to include a selectable option which triggers transmission of a standardized consent message to a particular phone number associated with the particular end user. User input is received which indicates receipt of externally provided affirmative consent. The interactive user interface is updated, with the updated interactive user interface including an input portion configured to receive arbitrary information for transmission to the particular phone number.

Abstract: A thrombectomy assembly includes a sheath catheter having a sheath lumen and a trumpet catheter including a trumpet lumen. The trumpet catheter is received in the sheath lumen. A manipulation controller is coupled with the trumpet catheter and the sheath catheter. The manipulation controller includes a sheath actuator coupled with the sheath catheter and a catheter lock. The catheter lock includes a deformable collet having a collet passage configured to receive a capture catheter therein. The sheath actuator is configured to move the sheath catheter between a deployed configuration with the sheath actuator retracted from a deployable trumpet of the trumpet catheter and a stored configuration with the sheath actuator covering the deployable trumpet. The deformable collet is configured to transition between a locked configuration with the deformable collet compressed around the capture catheter and an unlocked configuration with the deformable collet expanded around the capture catheter.

Abstract: A captivation catheter for use with a guide catheter and a guidewire or a treatment catheter. The captivation catheter includes a relatively rigid elongate member and a captivation mechanism such as an inflatable balloon capable of fixing the guidewire or the treatment catheter in place against an inner surface of the guide catheter. The captivation catheter can include a clip with an open end and a closed end that is placed on the captivation catheter at markings present for compatibility with a particular working length of the guide catheter. The markings can be visible at different viewing orientations.

Abstract: Systems and methods for capturing user feedback in real-time over a communication network are described, where user feedback functionality is embedded directly in a web page. In one embodiment, the web page of a service provider includes JavaScript code which provides a listener server with control of the content of the web page. The customer feedback functionality may be in the form of queryboxes that are displayed to the user upon the occurrence of events, such a user positioning the cursor in a particular form field. Upon occurrence of the event, a querybox is displayed with a request for user input related to the form field. User selection and submission of a response via the querybox is communicated to the listener server where the information is organized such that the web page provider can view the user feedback.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for treating a liquid sample stream including at least one analyte ion species and matrix ion species of opposite charge to said one analyte ion species. The liquid sample stream flows through a treatment channel. A carrier liquid stream including a matrix ion species capture material flows substantially parallel to the sample stream in the treatment channel forms a liquid interface between them. The matrix ion species diffuses through the interface to contact and become bound by the capture material in said carrier liquid.
