  • Patent number: 10872061
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for reducing bandwidth and storage demands during document search and aggregation. A method for accomplishing these objects may comprise deduplicating files on a local content repository, deNISTing files on the local content repository; and sending the deduplicated and deNISTed files to a cloud facility for storage. Documents stored in the cloud facility may be deduplicated again, assigned one or more flags, and managed according to active matters.

  • Publication number: 20200387929
Abstract: A mobile apparatus comprising a backpack having an inward body side and an outward non-body side, where the body side and the non-body side define an interior compartment. The backpack includes an active element coupled to an outer surface of the non-body side of the backpack, where the active element comprises a digital display. The backpack further includes a removable power supply housed in the interior compartment of the backpack, and a transmitter electrically coupled between the power supply and the active element. The transmitter is in wireless electrical communication with a remote central processing unit (CPU) for receiving and sending data files of content and images to be broadcast on the active element.

  • Publication number: 20140278647
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed herein that relate to entity monitoring. In one example, a management system comprises a logic subsystem and a storage subsystem. The storage subsystem holds instructions executable by the logic subsystem to create an entity monitor based on user input, the input comprising a designation of an entity, at least one parameter associated with the entity, and at least one condition that defines a change in the at least one parameter, detect the change in the at least one parameter by accessing a storage device holding the at least one parameter, and responsive to detecting the change in the least one parameter, record the change in the at least one parameter in the entity monitor and execute one or more actions defined by the user input.
