The integrated harness cording merges together when the opening closes and the leash easily attaches to the harness cording ends gathered together adjacent to the closed opening. The coat covers the underbelly, leaving a concave scallop for the pet's genitals. The pet merely steps into the coat with the opening open without the coat going over the pet's head.
