Abstract: A microelectronic device includes a stack structure, a staircase structure, conductive pad structures, and conductive contact structures. The stack structure includes vertically alternating conductive structures and insulating structures arranged in tiers. Each of the tiers individually includes one of the conductive structures and one of the insulating structures. The staircase structure has steps made up of edges of at least some of the tiers of the stack structure. The conductive pad structures are on the steps of the staircase structure and include beta phase tungsten. The conductive contact structures are on the conductive pad structures. Memory devices, electronic systems, and methods of forming microelectronic devices are also described.

  • Publication number: 20240111164
Abstract: A display system may include a wearable display for rendering a three-dimensional virtual image content which appears to be located in an environment of a user of the display. The relative positions of the display and one or more eyes of the user may not be in desired positions to receive, or register, image information outputted by the display. For example, the display-to-eye alignment may vary for different users and/or may change over time (e.g., as a user moves or as the display becomes displaced). The wearable device may determine a relative position and/or alignment between the display and the user's eyes by determining whether features of the eye are at certain vertical positions relative to the display. Based on the relative positions, the wearable device may determine if it is properly fitted to the user, and position render camera(s) accordingly to present virtual image content.

  • Publication number: 20240094528
Abstract: A wearable device may include a head-mounted display (HMD) for rendering a three-dimensional (3D) virtual object which appears to be located in an ambient environment of a user of the display. The relative positions of the HMD and one or more eyes of the user may not be in desired positions to receive, or register, image information outputted by the HMD. For example, the HMD-to-eye alignment may vary for different users and may change over time (e.g., as a user moves around and/or the HMD slips or is otherwise displaced). The wearable device may determine a relative position or alignment between the HMD and the user's eyes. Based on the relative positions, the wearable device may determine if it is properly fitted to the user, may provide feedback on the quality of the fit to the user, and may take actions to reduce or minimize effects of any misalignment.

  • Patent number: 11932826
Abstract: The invention relates to a syndet bar composition comprising sulfonated methyl ester of a fatty acid having a chain length of 16 to 18 carbon atoms (C16-C18), wherein the sulfonated methyl ester is present in an amount of 5% to 30% by weight of the composition; a co-surfactant selected from the group consisting of alkyl sulfosuccinate, alkyl sulfate, alkyl ether sulfate, alkyl polyglu-coside, or the combination thereof; a fatty alcohol selected from the group consisting of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol or cetostearyl alcohol; a saturated fatty acid; a filler; and a humectant/moisturiser. The syndet bar composition is useful as a personal cleaning, laundry or dishwashing bar.

  • Publication number: 20240071502
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for staircase formation in a memory array are described. A first liner material may be deposited on a tread above a first contact surface and a portion of the first liner material may be doped. A second liner material may be deposited over the first liner and a portion of the second liner material may be doped. After doping the portions of the liner materials, the undoped portions of the liner materials may be removed so that the materials above a second contact surface can be at least partially removed via a first removal process. The doped portion of the first liner material may then be cut back so that a second removal process can expose the second contact surface and a third contact (while the first contact surface is protected from the removal process by the liner materials).

  • Publication number: 20240071816
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for staircase formation in a memory array are described. A liner composed of a first liner material may be deposited on a tread and a first portion of the liner may be doped. After doping the first portion of the liner, a second portion of the liner may be converted into a second liner material using a chemical process. After converting the second portion of the liner into the second liner material, the first portion of the liner material may be removed so that a subsequent removal process can expose a first sub-tread. After exposing the first sub-tread, the second portion of the liner may be removed so that a second sub-tread is exposed.

  • Publication number: 20230115904
Abstract: A modular accessory device and a transmitter device for coupling to the modular accessory device are provided. The modular accessory device comprises a first connector module for coupling to a first transmitter device, the first connector module comprising a first input member; a power source controller coupled to the first connector module, the power source controller further arranged to be coupled to a power source; a visual indicator member coupled to the first connector module; wherein the first input member is arranged to receive a signal from the first transmitter device to instruct a first provision of power from the power source to the first transmitter device and a second provision of power to the visual indicator member; and further wherein the visual indicator member is arranged to be activated based on an indicator control signal received from the first transmitter device via the first input member.

  • Publication number: 20060179065
Abstract: An application framework that includes modular components is disclosed that simplifies development of web-based applications. The application framework may be written in Java based on servlet/JSP. Through the use of components that include at least a data model object, a view object, and a data storage object, the application framework can be reconfigured to retrieve and display any number of data fields without changing the underlying user-interface code. The data model object provides a standardized matrix of data objects, which are used to map data from virtually any data source to the user interface. The view object takes data from the data model object and presents it for display. The data storage object enables CREATE, READ, UPDATE, and DELETE operations related to data access. The data storage object maps data from data storage to the data model object in an order specified by the data model object.
