  • Patent number: 11277095
Abstract: A method for producing a multicoloured optoelectronic device is provided as well as a device produced with that method. An electrically conducting substrate including a first and second portion adjacent to the first portion is obtained. Then a first photoactive material having optical properties in a first frequency range is deposited on the first portion and a second photoactive material differing from the first photoactive material having optical properties in a second frequency range is deposited on the second portion, the first photoactive material contacting the second photoactive material, forming a photoactive layer of the multicoloured optoelectronic device.

  • Publication number: 20110056543
Abstract: The invention aims at a hybrid nanocomposite material comprising electrically conducting inorganic elongated nanocrystals grafted on at least part of the surface thereof with an electrically conducting organic compound, and a preparation process thereof. The invention further discloses thin films, solar cells and switchable devices comprising said hybrid nanocomposite.

  • Publication number: 20110037523
Abstract: A method and apparatus for linearizing a phase locked loop (PLL) are provided. To accomplish this, three separate signal (two feedback/one reference or two reference/one feedback) are applied to two phase/frequency detectors (PFDs). Either an edge of the one reference signal or one feedback signal is approximately equidistant between corresponding edges of the two feedback or two reference signals so that the PFDs can properly apply actuation signals to a charge pump that account for jitter. Thus, a more linear PLL is provided.

  • Patent number: 6565980
Abstract: The invention relates to a safety glass construction for safety motor vehicles whose body parts are lined with bullet-proof matting or other bullet-proof material in a direction toward the passenger area. The motor vehicle has an armored pane in which at least one pane (3.1) made of safety glass or one pane packet comprises of at least two bonded panes (3.1 and 3.2) also made of safety glass is connected to the outer pane (2). A strip (1) made of a bullet-proof material is arranged between the outer pane (2) and the pane packet (3) and/or between at least two panes (3.1, 3.2) of the pane packet (3) and/or on the pane of the packet (3) pointing toward the passenger area. Said strip overlaps the area up to the bullet-proof matting (5) or to the bullet-proof material of the connecting body parts (7).
