  • Patent number: 8968645
Abstract: Method and apparatus for treating containers, such as bottles, cans, or similar containers, by introducing at least one sterilization medium into a container when the container is at a first position on a movement path, and then stopping treatment when the container is at a second position on the movement path. A temperature of the container is then measured to determine if the measured container temperature lies within a predetermined range of temperature. If not, the length of the path between the first position and the second position is changed to thereby change the treatment procedure for subsequent containers, such that, after the subsequent containers have been treated according to the changed treatment procedure, the temperatures of the subsequent containers lie within the predetermined range of temperature.

  • Publication number: 20090130268
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the treatment of bottles or similar containers. The abstract of the disclosure is submitted herewith as required by 37 C.F.R. §1.72(b). As stated in 37 C.F.R. §1.72(b): A brief abstract of the technical disclosure in the specification must commence on a separate sheet, preferably following the claims, under the heading “Abstract of the Disclosure.” The purpose of the abstract is to enable the Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and gist of the technical disclosure. The abstract shall not be used for interpreting the scope of the claims. Therefore, any statements made relating to the abstract are not intended to limit the claims in any manner and should not be interpreted as limiting the claims in any manner.

  • Patent number: 7455162
Abstract: A friction lining plate for a wet-running frictional shift element that can rotate in the assembled condition with no preferred rotation direction, with at least one annular disk-like friction surface that serves for frictional engagement, having grooves through which coolant can flow. The grooves form two overlapping groove sets. Each groove of the first groove set extends at a first angle inclined obliquely to the radial direction and backward relative to a first rotation direction. Each groove of the second groove set extends at a second angle inclined obliquely to the radial direction and forward relative to a first rotation direction. Each groove of the second groove set intersects a groove of the first set in such manner that a groove intersection point is located at the inside diameter of the friction surface or a groove intersection point is located at the outside diameter of the friction surface.

  • Publication number: 20040038102
Abstract: The invention relates to a fuel cell stack, comprising alternately arranged membrane-electrode units (3) and separator plates (2, 2a) for the introduction and removal of the reactant and oxidative fluid, whereby the separator plate (2, 2a) has a surface structure and the opposing face has the negative surface structure, by means of a shaping process. According to the invention, on stacking the separator plates (2, 2a), the surface structure of a separator plate (2) is opposite the corresponding negative surface structure of the neighboring separator plate (2a).
