  • Patent number: 11174101
Abstract: A method for the destruction of data carriers preventing access to the process of rendering confidential data carriers, which consist of paper or similar material, unreadable and allowing the carriers to be destroyed. In the method, confidential data carriers are collected at the point of origin in secure collection containers, removed by a collection vehicle, and are supplied to a paper recycling plant in a final step. The interior of a mobile pulper, which is connected to the collection vehicle, is filled with the confidential data carriers, the carriers are mixed with a pulping fluid and the mixture is blended by an agitator to form a suspension of defibrated documents and pulping fluid, a hydromechanical pulping process taking place in the pulper before the suspension is supplied to the paper recycling plant.

  • Publication number: 20090090121
Abstract: The present invention relates to a refrigerator unit and/or a freezer unit comprising a cooling tank, which includes an inner tank having a refrigerated space, and an evaporator. The present invention furthermore relates to a method of installing a refrigerator unit and/or freezer unit in which an evaporator as well as at least one further electrical and/or technical cooling functional component are inserted in an inner tank of the refrigerator unit and/or freezer unit and are fastened to an inner tank wall. Installing the various electrical and technical cooling components after one another individually at different positions of the inner tank of the unit and individually connecting them to the outwardly disposed electronics of the unit is avoided with the present invention. Already installing individual components before the foaming of the unit tank is in particular also avoided, whereby the housing handling is considerably facilitated.

  • Publication number: 20060232901
Abstract: The present invention relates to an arrangement (7) for protection of an electrical device. In this case, the device is connected via one pole terminal (4) to one pole (3) of a battery (1) . A protective contact unit (9) has a connecting section (10) which is connected directly to the pole terminal (4), and has a starting assistance contact section (11) which is connected to the connecting section (10) via a switch (12). An evaluation circuit (15) operates the switch (12) in order to disconnect the electrical connection between the starting assistance contact section (11) and the connecting section (10) as soon as the evaluation circuit (15) detects a fault current.

  • Patent number: 5971481
Abstract: An office chair that is adjustable in height and inclination includes a carrier body held on an upright standard, a swivel body arranged on a knee side of the carrier body, a seat carrier which is swivellable about a first joint position on the knee side. A backrest carrier is operatively connected to the seat carrier at a second joint position and is coupled with the carrier body by a third joint position. The carrier body additionally has an arcuate link guide, and a link block guide can swivelly hold the backrest carrier in the link guide, the link guide is arranged between the first joint position and the upright standard. The backrest carrier is guided along the link guide, and the seat carrier, which is operatively connected with the backrest carrier, can be selectively and releaseably arranged in a plurality of positions by a snap-in mechanism. The snap-in mechanism is provided on the carrier body and can be brought into engagement with the backrest carrier.
