  • Publication number: 20230111428
Abstract: A method for fluidically connecting functional modules that are temperature-controlled by a fluid, preferably battery modules, including a) providing the functional modules with at least one line port for directing the fluid in and/or out, at least two functional modules being arranged at a mutual spacing so the line ports are substantially exactly opposite each other and aligned along a first axis and open into a region between the modules, c) incorporating a preassembled connection assembly in the region, the connection assembly having fluid line(s) for feeding and/or discharging the fluid, and at least two fluidic connector pieces which branch off from the fluid line(s) such that the connector pieces are aligned with the line ports along the first axis, and d) modifying a spacing between the connector pieces and/or a length thereof along the first axis such that the connector pieces each fluidically contact one of the line ports.

  • Patent number: 11015512
Abstract: A line element for compensating for expansions and/or relative movements within a line through which fluid can flow, comprising a ring-corrugation or helical-corrugation bellows 1 and a hose 3, which is arranged coaxially in the interior of the bellows 1 and is made of a dimensionally stable material, for flow-guidance purposes. The hose 3 has a number of individual, essentially dimensionally stable ring-form hose elements 4 which are plugged axially one inside the other so as to be retained such that they can be moved axially and/or angularly in relation to one another between a compressed position and an extended position. A method for producing such a line element is also provided.

  • Patent number: 10041620
Abstract: Proposed is a line assembly (1), including: a metal hose (2) that is corrugated at least in some segments; and an inner component (3), which is arranged radially inside the metal hose at least over a partial length of the metal hose; the line assembly being distinguished by at least one coupling element (4, 4?), which coupling element is arranged between an outer border (2d) of the metal hose (2) and an outside surface (3a) of the inner component (3) and which coupling element is designed to damp the metal hose (2) by means of mechanical coupling to the inner component (3).

  • Patent number: 9789432
Abstract: A flexible line segment for the exhaust system of an internal combustion engine, with an annularly corrugated or helically corrugated metallic bellows, for exhaust gas flow therethrough, and a line segment arranged upstream in reference to the metallic bellows, with a precipitation device provided in the line section, arranged upstream in reference to the metallic bellows or mounted thereat. The precipitation device is provided for urea derivatives or urea entrained in an edge layer of the exhaust gas flow from an oversaturated edge layer of the exhaust gas flow.

  • Patent number: 6444936
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for sorting any desired pieces of products in dependence on criteria, and a method for operating the same. It is the object of the invention to provide a solution which permits a very fast at least three-channel fractionating of a product flow with a simultaneous mild treatment of products, at low expenditures for energy, and at a high wear resistance. The object is realized in that the products pass a first approaching zone, arrive in a second zone in which a separating element set into rotations by operation of a stepper-motor, including on its circumference with equidistantly spaced fingers, and which, in dependence on a respective control, transfers the products to be sorted into at least three further zones. A real-time image tracking system is provided which is adapted to capture the entire path of the products through the zones.

  • Patent number: 6349743
Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-pressure hydraulic valve in which the housing (1) at least and also preferably the operational parts, such as the main control piston (3), the manometer piston (6) and the like which are arranged inside said housing (1) and influence the hydraulic oil flow, are made of an aluminium alloy that can be hardened and tempered. The weight of the high-pressure hydraulic valve can therefore be substantially reduced. The surfaces of the parts made of the aluminium alloy that can be hardened and tempered are advantageously submitted to anodic oxidation in order to increase even more their wear resistance. This type of high-pressure hydraulic valve with a particularly light weight is mainly intended for use in mobile hydraulic systems such as those used in mobile cranes, in lifting platforms and in excavators.
