  • Publication number: 20070149100
Abstract: The invention concerns a method of and an apparatus for redistribution of pasty filling material in a closed, individually separated packaging casing in tube or bag form. At least two conveyor belts form between mutually facing first belt portions a through-passage cross-section which is of such a dimension that, when the packaging casing is conveyed through the through-passage cross-section, the filling material is distributed substantially over the entire length of the closed packaging casing in tube or bag form. The invention further concerns a manufacturing installation in which such a redistribution apparatus is disposed upstream of a closure device for dividing off a sausage, closing it by means of closure clips and individually separating the closed sausage.

  • Publication number: 20050042061
Abstract: The invention concerns an apparatus for picking up and guiding loops (116, 130) or the like which can be applied to articles (114), in particular sausage-shaped packs, comprising a loop feed means (128), an angled pick-up means (100) having a front end (118), a pin (124) which has a contact surface (126) and which is movable between a first position in which it passes through the fed loop (116, 130) and in which the contact surface (126) is in contact with the front end (118) of the pick-up means (100), and a second position away from the front end (118) of the pick-up means (100), and a drive (122) for actuation of the contact pin (124). A torque support means (120) is provided in the front region (112) of the front end (118) of the pick-up means (100) and the contact surface (126) of the pin (124) has means for centering the pick-up means (100) in such a way that the pick-up means (100) does not bear against the torque support means (120) when the pin (124) is in the first position.

  • Publication number: 20050042979
Abstract: The invention concerns a transport apparatus for transporting articles hanging on loops or the like, in particular sausage-shaped packs, comprising a shaft (100, 300, 400, 500) which has a first axial portion (310) on which a screw (104, 314) is disposed, and drive means and bearing means (170, 110, 112) for the shaft. The drive means (120) and the bearing means (110, 112) are so arranged that a drive moment is applied by way of the outside periphery of the screw and the shaft is supported by way of the outside periphery of the screw.
