  • Patent number: 11845075
Abstract: A rotary feeder having a stationary, cylindrical housing having disposed therein a number of injection nozzles, and within which rotate a plurality of vanes about a central axis, wherein pairs of adjacent vanes of the plurality of vanes define wedge volumes, wherein the housing extends a width along the central axis, wherein each of the vanes has a length along the central axis, and wherein the injection nozzles are positioned across the width of the housing, such that a spray pattern of a gas injected via the number of injection nozzles spans substantially the entire length of the vanes.

  • Patent number: 8705917
Abstract: The present invention is a solar energy device that uses an improved light collector to collect sunlight. The improved light collector is a translucent, and preferably transparent, solid sphere. The light collector transmits sunlight that is incident thereon and emits the light to a focal point on the other side of the sphere. An energy-receiving medium is located at or near the focal point of the emitted light and absorbs energy from the emitted light. The energy-receiving medium uses the energy from the emitted light in accordance with the desired function of the present invention.
    Type: Grant

  • Publication number: 20120090140
Abstract: A snap coupling system for pieces or metallic or non metallic coupling members, that require to be attached perpendicularly in a “T” fashion, in a cross “+” fashion or angularly, by which a tubular male coupling member having one or more retention tabs that are temporally flexed, enters in slots or receiving apertures of another piece or female coupling member, tubular or planar, where they engage, by which they can be readily attached two tubular members or one tubular member and one planar member, in a perpendicular way, in a cross fashion or angularly, without the necessity of using skilled labor.
