  • Publication number: 20240212102
Abstract: Provided is an image processing system with at least one processor being configured to: calculate a color-adjusted pixel value vector, which is output of a transformation function defined by a formula including a term of a product of a pixel value vector and a transformation matrix, wherein the pixel value vector indicates a color of each of one or more adjustment pixels, which are at least the one or more target pixels out of pixels of the first image, and the transformation matrix has, as elements, a plurality of transformation parameters set to each of one or more adjustment pixels in a first parameter map, which is the second parameter map increased in resolution and which has the first resolution; and acquire a color-adjusted image including a color-adjusted pixel, the color-adjusted pixel having a color indicated by the color-adjusted pixel value vector.

  • Publication number: 20230103457
Abstract: A method for ensuring that gene products used in cell therapy do not carry a risk of reduced efficacy or toxicity due to production of unintended variants. The method includes performing an in-silico analysis on the gene construct to identify and alter sequences likely to cause variants. Also, the method includes performing an in-vivo analysis consisting of RNA-sequence of construct based products. Variant detection may then be performed based on gapped reads from the RNA-sequence to determine variant expression levels, variant significance. The method may include repeating the in-silico analysis if identified variants are unacceptable.

  • Publication number: 20070108085
Abstract: The debris removal container (10) includes interiorly projecting strengthening ribs, such as ribs (25-29) that reduce the frictional contact between adjacent containers when one container is being nestably stacked in a lower container. The removable fork receptacle feet (14 and 15) may be replaced when damaged. The nested containers are placed in an upright, nested, stacked relationship for transport by a truck (44) and the containers are formed of light weight material so that a rotary forklift can lift and manage a nested stack, by inverting or resting the containers on their sides on a horizontal surface and picking the lowermost container from the nested stack for distribution at a construction site.
