Abstract: A cutting device is provided including a base adapted for being fixedly positioned on a piece of material to be cut. Also included is a handle slidably mounted on the base. Next provided is a control assembly including a shaft slidably mounted on the handle. The shaft of the control assembly is adapted to be slid between a first orientation wherein the shaft extends downwardly past a bottom face of the base and a second orientation wherein the shaft resides above the bottom face of the base. Finally, a blade or a creasing attachment is included for being mounted on the shaft.
