    Abstract: An exercise wheel apparatus is formed by a a wheel having an opening for placement of an axle therethrough. A first hand rest attached to the axle and a second hand rest attached to an opposite side of the axle. The first and or second hand rests are in the shape of a hand and has a neck attached to a hollow axle mount. A grip forbids easy motion of the axle mount to the axle thereby permitting the ability to do push ups on the apparatus.
