Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a wiring protection device. The wiring protection device can comprise a first shell and second shell that are operably coupled with each other in a rotational engagement. The orientation, shape and hollow body of the respective shells allow for wiring to be guided through the device to a wiring coupler disposed in the second shell. Disposing the wiring and coupler(s) inside the body of the device can provide protection from contaminants during use and assembly, such as dirt, water, grease, and paint.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a wiring harness for a work vehicle includes providing a tool board assembly having a tool board base, wire supports extending from the tool board base each having a wire holder on a top end thereof distal from the tool board base, and a plurality of I/O connector holders extending from the tool board base and each having an angularly adjustable connector mount. A wiring harness is provided having a main harness branch and a plurality of breakout harness branches extending off the main harness branch, with each breakout harness branch having an I/O connector at an end thereof. The wiring harness is configured, via arranging thereof on the tool board assembly, to arrange the breakout harness branches at a plurality of breakout angles relative to the main harness branch and at oblique-angle orientations that are non-parallel and non-perpendicular to the tool board base.

Abstract: A cavity plug for a plug assembly of an electrical connector having a housing defining contact receiving passageways includes a plug body, a cover support and a pin array. The cover support extends from the plug body in a first direction and is configured to support a connector cover that receives the housing. The pin array extends from the plug body in a second direction opposite the first direction and includes one or more blocking pins and one or more latching pins. Each blocking pin has a cylindrical body extending in the second direction and is sized for insertion into an associated contact receiving passageway of the plug assembly. Each latching pin extends in the second direction and is configured to cooperate with the plug assembly to inhibit separation of the cavity plug from the plug assembly.
