Abstract: A label and bundling assembly is disclosed that includes a label having a first end and a second end, an attachment component having a first point, a second point, a top side and an underside comprising a waterproof adhesive, wherein the adhesive is fully coated on the underside, and a bunching component, wherein the first point of the attachment component is coupled with the second end of the label, wherein the bunching component is secured to the adhesive of the attachment component, and wherein the second point of the attachment component is brought around a portion of the bunching component and the underside of the second point of the attachment component is brought into contact with the underside of the first point, such that the first point, the second point, and the bunching component form a waterproof seal. Methods of using contemplated embodiments are also disclosed.

Abstract: The method includes: performing a packet scheduling for a plurality of user terminals (UEs) based on information regarding QoS classes, the information regarding QoS classes is included in QoS class identifiers received from an Evolved Packet Core providing communication services to the user terminals. The method further includes receiving channel quality indicators from the plurality of user terminals and performing the scheduling also on the basis of the received channel quality indicators. The system of the invention is arranged to implement the method of the invention.

Abstract: A process for producing isotopes by continuously flowing a liquid stream, carrying capsules of target nuclei (NP-237) in solution, through a nuclear reactor (a TRIGA style nuclear reactor). Upon removal from the core of the nuclear reactor and after allowing for the decay of Np-238 to Pu-238, the capsules are emptied and the mixture of elements and isotopes are chemically separated using solvent extraction or ion exchange.

Abstract: The assembly has a multi-tabbed bracket for fixing to a door behind, and parallel with, a latch-actuating rod, and a semi-circular rod guard with latching fingers for slidable engagement with the tabs of the bracket for enclosing and protecting the latch-actuating rod. In addition, the assembly has a shroud-like guard for emplacement over a rod-actuated latch. The shroud-like latch guard has a ramped surface which, when the guard is in place, presents an impingement surface for wheeled devices to facilitate an opening of the door. The shroud-like guard, then, both protects the latch over which it is emplaced and makes the opening of the door more facile.
