  • Patent number: 9971315
Abstract: An electronic circuit comprising an ACRF comprising an active component, an energy storage unit, an input port and an output port. The electronic circuit comprises a control unit to control the ACRF. A detector detects a short circuit at the input port or the absence of an energy supply at the input port. The control unit controls the ACRF to function as an ACRF if the detector detects a power supply connected to the input port or that there is no short circuit at the input port, and controls the ACRF to stop functioning as an ACRF and to discharge energy from its energy storage unit to its output port if the detector detects a short circuit at the input port or no power supply connected to the input port.

  • Patent number: 8038478
Abstract: A mechanical and earthed safety contact intended for both small and large withdrawals of power and may for instance be used for connecting a vehicle to the electrical power net includes a telescopic part with a key and a docking unit, which when in mechanical contact interacts with each other for transmission of electric current. The docking unit includes multiple spring pins, of which one is pushed in when the key reaches the front of the docking unit. Transmission of current between the docking unit and the key can take place only when this pin is pushed in far enough. Contact surfaces on the key are used for exchange of information in interaction with contact surfaces of canals containing the spring pins. The key may have a seal that tightens against such a canal to protect the transmission of energy and signal.

  • Publication number: 20090173939
Abstract: A hybrid wafer comprises a single-crystal SixGe1-x layer (15), where 0?x?1, a high thermal conductivity layer (10), and between the single-crystal SixGe1-x layer (15) and the high thermal conductivity layer (10), an intermediate layer (21) having a thickness of between 1 nanometer and 1 micrometer and comprising at least one amorphous or polycrystalline SixGe1-x layer (21a), where 0?x?1.

  • Patent number: 5913178
Abstract: The present invention relates to a sound guide (5) in a speech communicator, for example a land mobile radio, a walkie talkie, a cordless telephone or a mobile telephone (1). To achieve good sound quality in such a telephone, a cover (3) is often used which reflects the speech in towards the microphone (6) in the body (2) of the telephone. By arranging an air tunnel as a sound guide (5) on the flip-cover and letting it conduct to the body of the telephone and the microphone, the sound quality is improved substantially. In order to avoid uneven frequency response which inevitably occurs in such sound guides due to resonance formation, attenuation material of conventional type is used inside the sound guide together with acoustic extinction by utilizing pressure minimums as a localization point for the microphone.

  • Patent number: 5381566
Abstract: An apparatus for first cleaning and thereafter rinsing a bathtub (10) by a cleaning liquid (60) and a rinsing liquid (61). Once the cleaning liquid has reached a predetermined level, the liquid is recycled via a suction extraction device (70) and is returned to the bath via a supply mechanism (11) disposed along the upper edge of the bathtub. Thereafter, the cleaning liquid is run off via a bottom outlet (13). The rinsing liquid (61) is supplied to the bath and recycled thereto via the suction extraction device (70) and the supply mechanism (11). A pump (40) is disposed to supply or discharge, via a conduit (23, 24), liquid from the bathtub. At least one (23) of the conduits is connected to the supply mechanism (11), and in addition control and regulation devices (50) are provided for starting and stopping the pump (40) and for adjusting the valve devices (41, 42, 43) to closed or opened positions for the supply of cleaning liquid or rinsing liquid to the bathtub.

  • Patent number: 5348223
Abstract: A method and an apparatus for producing a continuous liquid flow at a controlled temperature. The apparatus includes mixers (1, 2) which, upstream, are connected to a supply conduit (3) for hot liquid under pressure and a supply conduit (4) for cold liquid under pressure. Each respective mixer has an outlet (5, 6) connected to a common discharge conduit (9) by a first outlet conduit (7, 8). The common conduit (9) is provided with a tap (10) disposed downstream of the interconnection of the outlet conduits with the common conduit (9). The temperature of the liquid which is to be discharged through conduit (9) is adjusted in that hot and cold liquid are mixed in the mixers from which the liquid is supplied to the common conduit (9).
