Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an extract containing hydroxycinnamic acids, characterised in that the method uses one or more vegetable waste products from the production of vegetable food products as a raw material, and comprising the following steps: a) selecting at least one waste product from at least one specific vegetable; b) extracting the hydroxycinnamic acids present in the waste product; c) separating the main liquid phase containing the extracted compounds from the solids; d) clarifying the liquid phase produced in step c); and e) concentrating the clarified liquid phase. The invention also relates to the extract produced via this production method, and the formulations containing this extract.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for nutritionally preparing oils for food use using natural and biological products and nutraceuticals, providing a system which is environmentally friendly and highly beneficial to the human body. The invention also relates to the production of oils using said method.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a cosmetic product from a tiger nut milk concentrate, characterized in that it comprises: a) mixing in a tank sugar-free tiger nut milk with cosmetic ingredients and thermal deionized distilled water; b) mixing in a second tank surfactants with molasses alcohol; c) mixing the products resulting from the previous steps in order to produce a base concentrate; d) applying ultrasounds to said base concentrate; and f) adding pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, as well as to the base concentrate, and to the cosmetic product resulting from said method.
