Said grip comprises: a body (4) for fixing to the tool or the tube of the structure, said body having a semi-cylindrical grooved form (11) and being able to surround a shaft or a tube; a connecting element (14) which can receive, on one end, a means for fixing the body (4), and on the other end, a tube for receiving an arm (1); and an arm (1) which is provided with at least one handle (2 or 3) on the free end thereof.
