  • Patent number: 8050417
Abstract: Auxiliary electromagnetic valve for its incorporation into a main valve of a gas servo valve, which comprises a body with an auxiliary outlet conduit connected to an outlet conduit of the servo valve, a pivoting arm that comprises a closure member of a valve seat of the auxiliary outlet conduit, a ferromagnetic armature that closes the magnetic circuit opening the valve seat, and a return means, supported by a plate, that returns the pivoting arm in order to keep the seating closed. The body is configured by means of a peripheral surface fitted to a cavity of the main valve, a lower surface supported against the cavity by means of fitting means, an intermediate transverse surface on which the valve seat is fitted, a transverse perimetral rim upon which the plate is fixed, and an auxiliary hole that connects the valve seat to the outlet conduit.

  • Patent number: 8028971
Abstract: An electromagnetic safety valve that includes a reel, a support that has a first segment that is inserted in the interior of the reel and which acts as a fixed core, a movable core that moves in the interior of the reel, a sealing member connected to one end of the movable core that opens a passage of gas overcoming the opposition of a spring when the valve is energised, and a casing that encloses the reel. The support has a second segment that includes a base upon which the reel is supported, the base including axial through holes for the respective passage of a phase wire and a mass wire. The second segment also includes a coaxial housing wherein a male terminal is inserted.

  • Patent number: 7806683
Abstract: A safety valve supply circuit for the ignition of a gas burner is disclosed. Said safety valve is directly supplied by a flame-detecting thermocouple, and said supply circuit comprises a supply capacitor that is charged from an alternating mains voltage, obtaining from the energy accumulated in said supply capacitor, due to said charging, an input voltage signal that is used to temporarily supply said safety valve in order to maintain it open. Said charging of the supply capacitor is carried out by momentarily activating a supply switch to temporarily connect said supply capacitor to said alternating mains voltage, said supply switch activation occurring concurrently with the activation of the gas burner. Said supply circuit also comprises conditioning means for converting said input voltage signal into an output voltage signal that is directly applied to said safety valve to supply it, and so maintain it open.
