  • Publication number: 20230034345
Abstract: A method for managing switching of a terminal between a plurality of physical access points to a Wi-Fi network, a virtual access point identifier dedicated to the terminal being assigned by a controller to a first physical access point, the terminal associating with the first physical access point by a first connection using the virtual access point identifier. The method includes at the first access point: transmitting, from the first physical access point to the controller, information relating to the capabilities of the terminal, receiving an order to switch from the first connection to a second connection established between the terminal and a second physical access point of the plurality using the same virtual access point identifier, the first and the second connections being adapted to the capabilities of the terminal.

  • Patent number: 9212530
Abstract: A grapple for use in an overshot has a tension ring with a reduced helix diameter. However, the helix diameter is not reduced on either sides of the control finger slot to allow the grapple to remain in contact with the control. In the alternative, a composite helix member may be utilized. Another embodiment comprises the inclusion of expansion blades on the inner diameter (“ID”) of the tension ring which allow the grapple to expand substantially before the fish reaches the segments. Another embodiment provides for a control with an offset finger to allow the guide thread ID to be smaller than the bowl helix major ID. Yet another embodiment provides a spiral grapple having grooves along its axis to provide the ability to catch a larger range of fish.

  • Publication number: 20060243842
Abstract: A pre-stretched film roll of a mono orientated linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) is stretched between 30% and 320% depending on the final product that is required. Stretching is in the machine direction (MD) at a controlled rate in two stages. Differentially rewinding the film entraps air between the layers of the roll and creates soft overlapping edges around the roll to produce a spongy, “soft” roll that prevents and resists drop damage due to its shock absorbent characteristic.
