Abstract: A user (e.g., a CMC scientist) identifies a change in CMC data for a regulated product, service, or system provided by an organization. A change assessment engine provides a recommendation for regulatory impact reporting. The recommendation may include a rationale and supporting evidence. The recommendation may identify the markets where the product, service, or system is registered, an indication of potential reportability in that market, specific health authority regulations that apply, and direct linkages into an internal regulatory knowledge repository of the organization. The change assessment engine may drive a user interface that guides users through the process in a consistent and repeatable manner.

Abstract: A hand truck for easy removal of carried objects. A hand truck has a frame with a front face and a rear face and an upper end for handling and lower ends positionable near the ground. Also provided are a pair of supports having upper ends secured to the rear face of the frame adjacent to upper regions thereof and having lower ends secured to the rear face of the frame adjacent to lower regions thereof. Support brackets are located on each side of the frame coupling the lower portions of the frame to the central regions of the supports. A pair of wheels are rotatably supported about horizontal axes secured to the supports near lower regions thereof. A retainer has an elongated generally horizontal portion and a generally vertical portion secured to the front face of the frame adjacent to the lower ends thereof.

Abstract: A flotation exerciser especially though not exclusively adapted for use in the rehabilitation of patients who may be atrophied from long confinement to bed. The exerciser has an upstanding frame supporting a harness by suspension straps connected to the harness at upper and lower positions. The straps are freely slidable over strap supports on the frame whereby a user may move easily from a vertical position to either face-up or face-down, substantially prone positions by merely leaning his torso forwardly or backwardly.
