The filling tube includes a pushing piston that presses the food against the disc. The piston is connected to a lever through a crankshaft mechanism. The piston is guided by a series of semi-guides arranged along the stroke of the piston, there being at least one fixed semi-guide attached to the inner walls of the tube and one moving semi-guide that moves together with the piston.
