  • Publication number: 20080110220
Abstract: Security device for lock cylinders, which consist of a rotor (1) which rotates in the cavity of a stator (2), which locks use true keys (4) in which the combination for opening is by means of peaks and valleys of different sizes which operate in conjunction with respective pairs of pins (5-6), which, when accommodated in the key opening position, consist of a rotor pin (5) and a stator pin (6) which is loaded by a spring (7); the rotor (1) incorporates the channel (8) for insertion of the true key (4) in which there is provided a usual virtual line (9) according to which there is longitudinal alignment of the tips of the rotor pins (5), in the state in which the key is not inserted; characterised in that at least one of the rotor pins (5), which shall be known as the security pin (10), has some end means which prevent the remainder from reaching the usual virtual line (9) in the state in which the key is not inserted or the lock is empty, and its advance reaches only a virtual security line (9B) which is shor

  • Publication number: 20070051146
Abstract: The key of the key and lock system has a blade with at least two zones of different thickness, a nominal thickness zone and a reduced thickness zone. The reduced thickness zone has a displaceable element having a length which exceeds the thickness of the reduced thickness zone and is less than or equal to the nominal thickness zone. The slot of the lock has a recessed longitudinal profile where the size of the recesses is equal to the excess dimension of the displaceable element. At least one radial pivot is diametrically aligned with a security pin in the slot. The radial pivot protrudes inside the slot by an amount equal to the excess dimension of the displaceable element. When the key is fully inserted inside the slot, the displaceable element is situated between the radial pivot and the security pin and allows the lock to open.

  • Patent number: 6412321
Abstract: Locking cylinder, particularly an electronic locking cylinder and with electromechanical rotational blocking in which the electronic key (64) has facing electrical terminals (66) on blade (65), and the rotating core (2 or 3) of the cylinder has an external annular track (6) that is electrically conducting and with its internal face communicates with an electrical contact (5) supported on terminal (66); whereas the external annular track (6) is supported in the electrical brushes (7) of external (2) and internal (3) rotors; there is a first modular box (8) on the inside of a cast hollow part (1a) of external rotor (2) which box contains electrical brush (7), processing unit (31) and an electromechanical locking device, which incorporates a ball (19) and a vertical tumbler (16); as well as a second modular box (9) containing electrical brush (7) and the autonomous electrical source; the two modules are connected by the electrical conductor (10).
