    Abstract: A gasification reactor for conversion of a feedstock to syngas and biochar. The gasification reactor includes a biomass input configured to receive feedstock, a gasifying medium inlet adjacent to the biomass input and configured to receive a gasifying medium, and a reactor vessel configured to gasify the feedstock with the gasifying medium to generate syngas and biochar. The reactor vessel is disposed downstream of the gasifying medium inlet. The reactor vessel may comprise cement along an inner surface of the reactor vessel. The reactor vessel may further comprise a blower coupled to the gasifying medium inlet to drive the gasifying medium into the reactor vessel. The reactor vessel may further comprise a biomass movement instrument to regulate the flow of the feedstock.

    Abstract: A sensor die includes a carrier wafer having a first cavity and a second cavity and a silicon wafer disposed on the carrier wafer. The silicon wafer has a first membrane aligned with the first cavity and a second membrane aligned with the second cavity. The silicon wafer is monolithically formed in a single piece separate from the carrier wafer and has a wafer thickness that is uniform through the first membrane and the second membrane. The first membrane is deflectable in proportion with an absolute pressure on one of a first wafer side and a second wafer side of the silicon wafer opposite the first wafer side. The second membrane is deflectable in proportion with a differential pressure between the first wafer side and the second wafer side.

Drawing the film at a relatively low temperature has been found to improve the shrink properties of the film. In one embodiment, the film layer is comprised of a non-modified polyester, such as polyethylene terephthalate. For example, the polyethylene terephthalate can be made by reacting terephthalic acid with ethylene glycol or polyethylene glycol.
