  • Patent number: 11810051
Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards tracking a package with a tracking device (TD). Embodiments include obtaining a shipping itinerary for the package, receiving a carrier acceptance confirmation indicating the driver has transferred the package to the carrier; receiving a departure confirmation for the segment; receiving, after receiving the departure confirmation, a TD status message including a first location of the package as determined by the TD; and in response to receiving the TD status message after the departure confirmation, issuing a failure to board alert for the package.

  • Publication number: 20230083161
Abstract: A computing architecture providing for rapid analysis and control of an environment via edge computing nodes is disclosed. Input data streams may be captured via one or more data stream independent CPU threads and prepared for processing by one or more machine learning models. The machine learning models may be trained according to different use cases to facilitate a multi-faceted and comprehensive analysis of the input data. The evaluation of the input data against the machine learning models may be facilitated via independent GPU threads (e.g., one thread per model or use case) and the outputs of the models may be evaluated using control logic to produce a set of outcomes and control data. The control data may be utilized to generate one or more command messages that may provide feedback to a remote device or user regarding a state of a monitored environment or other observed condition.

  • Patent number: 11462768
Abstract: A copolymer for constituting a polymer electrolyte for a solid-electrolyte lithium or sodium cell. A polymer electrolyte that is usable in combination with high-voltage cathode active materials and makes it possible to provide solid-electrolyte lithium or sodium cells and/or batteries having a high energy density that is sufficient even for use in electricity-based vehicles, the copolymer encompasses at least two ion-conductive polymers, the copolymer encompassing at least one polymer polymerized by ring-opening polymerization of at least one lactone and/or of at least one lactide and/or of at least one cyclic carbonate and/or of at least one cyclic carbamate and/or of at least one lactam and/or of at least one epoxide, and/or at least one polymer polymerized by radical polymerization of acrylonitrile and/or of at least one acrylonitrile derivative; and encompasses at least one polyacrylate having at least one repeating unit.

  • Patent number: 10982900
Abstract: An apparatus for drying or conditioning bulk solids, includes a housing including an inlet for receiving the bulk solids, and an outlet for discharging the bulk solids, a plurality of spaced apart heat transfer plates assemblies disposed in the housing between the inlet and the outlet for passage of the bulk solids that flow from the inlet, through spaces between the heat transfer plates, and a sweep gas delivery system for the flow of sweep gas in a first direction across the direction of flow of the bulk solids. The sweep gas delivery system includes at least one valve for reversing the flow of the sweep gas from the first direction to a second direction, opposite to the first direction.
