  • Patent number: 11913738
Abstract: An authorization management system for personal use of a weapon includes a receiving module coupled to the weapon and a transmitting module configured to be worn by a user in proximity to a body of the user. The transmitting module is located in proximity to the ground. The transmitting module is configured to transmit a signal representing at least an identification code data associated to the user via a signal path through a user's body. The receiving module is configured to receive the signal and actuate a safety system of the weapon for allowing the user a usage of the weapon based on the received signal.

  • Patent number: 11902744
Abstract: The present invention relates to a waterproof and trackable hearing aid that can be worn during swimming, bathing, diving and other water activities. The hearing aid is paired with a software application using a wireless channel and can be tracked when lost or goes out of Bluetooth range. The device includes rubber protection for prevention from physical damage and water. A small charging and suction case is used for charging the hearing aid and removing moisture from the hearing aid. The hearing aid is filter-less and can provide amplified sounds to the tympanic membrane of the wearer. The hearing aid includes a solar panel for providing power to the hearing aid device, and can be used for taking calls and listening to music.

  • Publication number: 20180062484
Abstract: This invention relates to a synchronous generator for wind turbines comprising a rotor (20) and a stator (10), wherein the stator (10) comprises a plurality of induction coils (11) of a high-temperature superconducting material arranged to generate a magnetic field. The use of the superconducting stator, instead of a superconducting rotor, allows simplifying the refrigeration system, thus eliminating, for example, the rotating joints for cryogenic gas and the rotating joints for high-purity helium gas.

  • Publication number: 20110303181
Abstract: The present invention is related to the automotive industry in general and specifically to the industry that manufactures internal combustion engines. It has to do with a new apparatus which, when added to internal combustion engines, pre-lubricates the movable parts of the engine before the normal system does. The advantages of the present invention in relation to those of the state of the art consist of the fact that its operation does not alter the normal lubrication process and assures pre-lubrication. It may be installed in any engine which requires pre-lubrication before starting up. With modifications in size and mechanical characteristics in one or two parts, it may be adapted to the conditions and characteristics of distinct engines and does not require an additional pump means in order to function.
