    Abstract: A stake pulling apparatus includes a base having a vertical support extending therefrom; a lever pivotally engaged with the vertical support at a first end of the lever; a head integrally connected to the lever at the first end; a mouth extending from the head and to open and close around a stake; and a handle engaged with the mouth to open and close the mouth; the lever provides a means to apply torque force to a stake engaged with the mouth to remove the stake from the ground.
