Abstract: Present invention relates to an automatic system for releasing ice from mold, especially for coupling to a refrigerator for household use, comprising a container coupled by means of a connector to a motor means; said motor means once having been activated, inclines said connector and container and ejects the ice from the container. The system also makes use of an ejection mechanism which has an axis with a cam substantially along the length of said axis, said axis of the ejection mechanism is coupled unto the first end of the base, wherein the plurality of cavities of the base of the container form a contact area with the ejection mechanism.
