  • Publication number: 20180322175
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for analyzing entity performance. In one implementation, a method is provided that includes recognizing an identifier associated with an entity and accessing a data structure comprising information associated with a plurality of interactions. The method also comprises identifying one or more interactions of the plurality of interactions based on the recognized identifier. The method further comprises processing the information of the identified interactions to analyze a performance of the entity and providing the processed information to display the performance of the entity on a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20150006215
Abstract: A contact center is provided with the ability to efficiently and effectively execute strategy rules by referencing and comparing schedules of contact center entities. The contact center includes a scheduling module configured to convert a textual calendar description of an entity into a bitmap representation of the calendar for that entity. A bitmap comparison can then be performed by a work assignment engine in accordance with the strategy rules being executed by the work assignment engine.

  • Patent number: 6232860
Abstract: A latching system for a circuit breaker is arranged to actuate a trip unit and interrupt circuit current upon occurrence of a short circuit or an overcurrent condition. The latching system employs an armature having a recess formed therein and a cradle having a cradle tip arranged to releasably engage the recess. A thermal magnetic trip unit is depicted within the circuit breaker for the purposes of detecting overcurrent conditions through the electric path. During current transport through the circuit breaker, the current is thermally sensed by means of the bimetal and magnetically sensed by means of the magnet. The armature rotates against the return bias of a compression spring to release the cradle tip from the recess and allow counterclockwise rotation of the contact arm. The rotation of the contact arm causes the separation of the movable and fixed contacts under the urgence of a mechanism spring.

  • Patent number: 4852988
Abstract: A head-mounted, eye-movement, measurement system is provided with an optically flat glass laminated visor through which the observer views the external scene. Mounted so as to be vertically spaced from one side of the eye's optic axis is an eye tracker module for recording the observer's eye-movement relative to the head, principally by measuring the position of the pupil and corneal reflex, by reflecting near infrared light to and from the observer's eye vis-a-vis the front surface of the visor. Mounted so as to be vertically spaced on the opposite side of the eye's optic axis is a field-of-view camera which records the external scene viewed by the observer by reflecting external scene light from the back side of the visor. The distances and angular relationship of the visor, camera and eye are controlled to eliminate parallax from the field-of-view camera while also providing a stable arrangement permitting wide-angle scene viewing and accurate recordal of eye movements.
