A flexible non-wood underlayer is coupled to an underside of the flexible upper layer and has a slip-resistant surface that is able to repeatedly flex at least 70 degrees from planar. The flexible upper layer and the flexible non-wood underlayer have a shared non-uniform outer-edge shape that corresponds to a non-planar foot area of a vehicle.
