  • Patent number: 12510138
Abstract: A gear arrangement (14, 14a) suitable for use in an articulated robot arm is configured with a drive body (16, 16a) with at least one drive-side drum (20, 22) arranged rotatably about a drive axis (18, 18a), and a drive output body (24, 24a) with at least one output-side drum (28, 30) arranged rotatably about a drive output axis (26, 26a). At least one cable (32, 38) is provided, and can be wound on the at least one drive-side drum (20, 22) as well as on the at least one output-side drum (28, 30), and has a drive-side cable end (34, 40) as well as an output-side cable end (36, 42). The drive-side cable end (34, 40) is arranged on the at least one drive-side drum (20, 22) and the output-side cable end (36, 42) is arranged on the at least one output-side drum (28, 30).

  • Publication number: 20250135632
Abstract: An arm portion for a robot arm with a portion longitudinal axis has at least one gear motor for actuating the arm portion. The gear motor has a motor, a transmission, and a gear motor housing. A supporting structure is formed at least in portions exclusively by the gear motor housing along the portion longitudinal axis in the region of the gear motor housing. A robot arm has a first arm portion with a first portion longitudinal axis and a first gear motor, and a second arm portion having a second portion longitudinal axis and a second gear motor and adjoins the first arm portion. The second arm portion is mounted relative to the first arm portion so as to be rotatable about an articulation axis arranged with an angular offset from the first portion longitudinal axis and the second portion longitudinal axis.

  • Publication number: 20080011555
Abstract: An elevating platform, which serves for lifting and lowering heavy loads, in particular in motor-vehicle manufacture, comprises in a known manner a lower structure which can be arranged on a room floor or another supporting structure. An upper structure, on which the load can be arranged, is connected to the lower structure via a connecting structure which comprises at least one elastically deformable profile element. The vertical dimension of this profile element can be changed by the fact that it can be subjected to a force in the horizontal direction. Through this change of the vertical dimension of the intermediate structure, the upper structure can be raised or lowered with respect to the lower structure.
