  • Patent number: 9719605
Abstract: A valve element for a hydraulic control device, in particular valve sleeve (1) or valve housing for a control valve on internal combustion engines or transmissions of motor vehicles, wherein the valve element has a displaceable control piston (2) which is subjected to load on one side by a spring (3) which is supported on a spring support (4) which is fixed to the valve element. The spring support (4) has at least one opening (7) which is connected to a pressure medium line, and the pressure medium line is in the form of a pressure medium inlet line. An axial filter (8) is arranged at the opening (7) of the spring support (4) and/or the opening (7) of the spring support (4) is provided with a check valve (9).

  • Patent number: 9611763
Abstract: A control valve for a hydraulic device, in particular a central valve of a camshaft adjuster for a reciprocating-piston internal combustion engine, having a holding component (1) in which a valve housing (3), a control sleeve (2) and a control piston (4) are arranged, wherein the control piston (4) is mounted so as to be loaded on one side by a spring and, on the other side, is mounted with limited axial displaceability in the control sleeve (2) by means of a locking ring (6), wherein the locking ring (6) can be fastened in the axial direction in an inner holder (14) on the holding component (1) and can be connected by a fixing device to a component of the control valve, and wherein the fixing device has fastening elements attached to the locking ring (6) and has matching recesses (10) in the valve housing (3) and/or in the control sleeve (2).

  • Patent number: 9046009
Abstract: A tappet for a valve train or a pump drive particularly a cup tappet (1) having a hollow cylindrical outer body on whose wall region (4) an anti-rotation element (9) is received in a window-type through-opening (15), the anti-rotation element (9) being seated through support surfaces (12, 13) of a head (10) on an outer diameter (14) of the wall region (4) and extending with a shank (11) projecting from the head (10) through said through-opening (15). The anti-rotation element (9) is fixed via a welded joint. In order to fix the anti-rotation element (9) with low manufacturing costs and, at the same time, with only an insignificant impairment of the outer body, the welded joint is made between the shank of the anti-rotation element (9) and an inner body that is received in the outer body and is connected to the outer body. A method of making a tappet of the aforesaid tappet is also provided.
