  • Publication number: 20060009277
Abstract: A method of playing a primary game on a gaming machine is performed by placing a wager on an underlying wagering primary game and playing the underlying wagering primary game according to the rules of the underlying primary game. • Publication number: 20050059459
Abstract: A game feature, and especially a bonus event game feature for video wagering apparatus has a unique method of displaying at least some of the potential individual rewards or other bonus event results, hiding those potential individual awards or other bonus event results ‘beneath’ a symbol or region, rearranging a location of the awards, allowing the player to select a symbol or region according to game play methods, and revealing at least the awards or other bonus event results that were underneath selected symbols or areas. Excitement is promoted by having a player anticipate the availability of specific bonus game awards and events during the selection process, as opposed to making selections without any specific knowledge of at least some of the specific bonuses or events that are potentially available in the bonus event.

  • Patent number: 6483324
Abstract: A device for measuring moisture is described. This device includes a sensor unit (1) having a moisture-sensitive sensor element (1.1) and a carrier element (2), upon which the sensor unit is mounted. The carrier element (2), as well as the sensor unit (1) have electrical contact regions (1.2a, 1.2b). Carrier element (2) has a recess (6), above which the sensor unit (1) is mounted. The moisture-sensitive sensor element (1.1) is oriented in the direction of the recess (6). The sensor-side contact regions are formed on the side of the sensor unit (1) facing the carrier element (2). In at least one partial region adjacent to the sensor unit (1), the carrier element (2) is provided with a coating (3) which absorbs and/or releases as little moisture as possible.
