  • Patent number: 10625452
Abstract: An injection molding tool for producing a molded part and a corresponding method are disclosed. The injection mold tool comprises a first tool mold half and a second tool mold half, which together with a first slider and at least one second slider define a free space for the molded part to be produced. A lever which is pretensioned with an elastic element is assigned to an end switch such that a movable and free end of the lever cooperates with the end switch due to a movement of the first slider.

    Assignee: Gerresheimer Regensburg GmbH
    Inventors: Josef Hutter, Sandra Lindner
  • Patent number: 10137618
Abstract: A device for producing plastics parts having at least one rod-shaped metal insert, and comprising first and second mold half elements. At least one of the mold half elements is movable along a closure direction (Z). The mold half elements together can form a closed cavity for molding a plastics part, the insert projecting at least in portions into the cavity in order to be overmolded with plastics material, and being substantially arranged between the two mold half elements in a dividing plane which comprises a longitudinal direction (X) and a width direction (Y). At least one of the mold half elements has at least one fixing means wherein the insert can be fixed in the width direction. A positioning means can be arranged at a proximal end of the insert, allowing the insert to be moved along the longitudinal direction (X) into an injection position.

  • Patent number: 4299634
Abstract: Preparation of a raw mix for use in the production of cement and sulphuric acid by the cement-sulphuric acid process, wherein coke is comminuted to a degree that at most 10% by weight of the coke has a particle size of less than 0.1 mm and at least 90% by weight has a particle size of less than 20 mm, but at least 60% by weight has a particle size greater than 0.2 mm, after which the thus comminuted coke is mixed with a mixture, of fine particle size, comprising calcium sulphate and the remaining additives.

  • Patent number: 4040853
Abstract: A process for the preparation of raw mix for the production of cement and sulphuric acid by the cement-sulphuric acid process, which mix comprises calcium sulphate, coke and other additives, by separate grinding of the materials used, which comprises grinding the coke alone to a degree of comminution corresponding to a grain size spectrum, by weight, of<60 .mu. 25 to 40%60 to 90 .mu. 8 to 15%>90 .mu. 45 to 70%and then mixing the ground coke with a finely ground mixture of calcium sulphate and the remaining additives, and the use of such raw mix in the production of cement and sulphuric acid.
