  • Patent number: 6846049
Abstract: The present invention relates to a valve assembly whose first valve accommodating member is conformed to the inside diameter of a second valve accommodating member in such a fashion that the first valve accommodating member is inserted without clearance so far into the second valve accommodating member that the first valve closure member is supported either on a bore step of a second pressure fluid passage or on the first valve accommodating member.

    Inventors: Georg Obersteiner, Josef Lauer
  • Patent number: 6820344
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for measuring across several axes of an object, whereby the object to be measured can be fixed to a measuring table. According to the invention, base strips are provided which are configured laterally as a half-dovetail profile and can be fixed on the measuring plane. Attachment strips, having a groove, are provided to complement the base strips and have a toothed profile on one side. Fastening screws are associated to the groove. The base strips and attachment strips are sized and arranged with respect to the measuring table in such a way that the plane of the measuring table acts as a reference plane for the underside of the attachment strips. A clamping piece, which fixes the object, is also provided. The invention is suitable for both contactless optical measuring and tactile measuring. One of the advantages of the invention is that objects to be measured can be securely and rapidly fixed to the measuring table, even if the latter is mobile.

  • Patent number: 6523913
Abstract: The present invention relates to a pressure control valve including a valve housing which houses a valve seat in a housing opening, a valve closure member which is movable into abutment on the valve seat and adapted to interconnect or isolate pressure fluid channels connected to the valve seat, a bore in a guide element for the accommodation of the valve closure member which is axially movably supported on the wall of the valve housing. The valve closure member is attached in the guide element by way of a simplified press fit in conformity with the demands of automation. The assembly of the valve coil is simplified in addition.

  • Patent number: 6435210
Abstract: The present invention relates to an electromagnetic valve which includes a valve tappet that is axially movably arranged in a valve housing and fastened to a magnetic armature, and a valve piston axially movable in the valve housing, a diaphragm-type pressure fluid passage in the valve piston that is closed or opened by the valve tappet, another unthrottled pressure fluid passage arranged between the valve piston and the valve housing that is closed or opened by the valve piston, pressure fluid channels which open into the valve housing on either side of the valve piston, with both pressure fluid passages closed in the initial position of the electromagnetic valve.

  • Patent number: 6190047
Abstract: A base beam for formation of a horizontal and vertical, rod-like framework for use in clamping workpieces to be measured, includes a main body defined by a substantially square cross section and having drawn-in flanks formed centrally with a rib, and a carriage detachably securable on the main body for displacement longitudinally in direction of the main body, with the carriage having at least one side formed with one or more precision bores.

  • Patent number: 5476313
Abstract: The invention is related to an electromagnetic valve including a magnet armature enclosed by a valve dome. The armature performs a stroke movement depending on a magnet coil being energized by the supply of electric current to magnetize a magnet core. A valve needle is slidably disposed in the magnetic armature and is partly encircled by the magnet core. The valve needle interacts with a valve seat which is fixed within a valve housing. A non-ferro magnetic anti-stick disc is disposed between the magnet core and the magnet armature.

  • Patent number: 5333946
Abstract: The valve sleeve (3) of an electromagnetic valve is secured to a housing by a friction grip, and also a formed interlock using a bushing (1) inserted in a housing bore of a valve housing (2). To enhance the holding force effective on contact faces between valve housing (2), valve sleeve (3) and bushing (1), the friction grip is supplemented by a formed interlock therebetween, with interfit corrugations or a conical-cylindrical combined shape, effective between the contacting faces, to better resist thrust forces exerted by pressure within the sleeve.
