The edge of the deposit opening (27) lies on a secant plane of the dome (28) and the cover surface swings parallel to the dome contour downward behind the dome wall from its position protruding above the secant plane.

Abstract: Garbage pail adapted to be installed in a cabinet having a swinging access door, with a bearing axis extending vertically, laterally of the wall surface of the pail, on which axis there is seated a pail support, and a pail coupling for movement of the pail in response to opening of the door, the coupling being both automatically mechanically and/or manually disengageable and, upon closing of the door, automatically reengageable.

Abstract: A trash pail for installation in a cabinet having a swingable door, the cross section of the upper opening of the pail being closed by a lid which is fastened to one cabinet wall bearing the door hinges and which is moved into the open position upon the opening movement of the door which is coupled with a support for the trash pail. The support, upon the opening of the door, displaces the trash pail out of the cabinet below the lid, which remains within the cabinet. The support is formed as an angle member having arms. Within the angular space of the arms a non-circular corner part of the wall of the trash pail at an upper edge rim of the trash pail is complementarily form-lockingly removably suspended over the upper end edge of the arms of the angle member.

Abstract: A waste bin for incorporation in a cabinet with a hinged door having a pivot pin extending vertically, laterally of the bin, the pivot pin being operatively mounted on brackets on the other side of the cabinet. A lid is hinged on a hinge pin operatively mounted on the side of the cabinet and opens automatically upon opening of the door, and is pivoted into its open position upon outward pivoting of the bin on the pivot pin when the door is opened, by means of a cam which engages the edge of the lid.
