Abstract: A fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines, provided with a valve needle and an induction coil, which sits in a spacer plate mounted between the nozzle body and the nozzle holder. The valve needle projects into the induction coil and acts upon the magnetic domain of the induction coil by the action of its movement, whereby a signal dependent on the velocity of the needle is produced. The induction coil is provided with laterally disposed contact prongs which are connected with extended connecting wires by means of a weld or solder joint. The connecting wires lead through boreholes in the nozzle holder. The injection nozzle is distinguished by an especially small electrical line resistance, and by the fact that, with appropriate dimensioning and construction of the ends of the connecting wires, which carry the extended connection contacts, there will be no special contact measures necessary for disassembly.

Abstract: A fuel injection nozzle is proposed, intended in particular for Diesel engines, in which an induction coil is installed in an intermediate disc. The coil core is embodied by a pressure element and a valve needle in force-locking contact therewith. An annular permanent magnet is secured either on the pressure bolt or on the intermediate plate. This embodiment of an injection nozzle, as a so-called needle stroke transducer, is used when it is desired to ascertain the duration of injection and especially the onset of injection.

Abstract: A fuel injection nozzle holder for internal combustion engines is proposed having an induction coil glued into an intermediate disc provided with two contact springs, which first are connected with the ends of the winding and second are embodied as contact tongues. Each tongue, together with an insulated wire lead, makes a releasable contact within the nozzle holder body.

Abstract: A fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines, in which the valve needle together with the valve seat of the nozzle body forms an electric switch which by its opening and closing indicates the injection onset and the injection duration. A spring-elastic conductive element is disposed inside the closing spring and connects the attachment piece with the valve needle.
