  • Patent number: 7020901
Abstract: A combined eye and ear protective device has an eye protective portion and an ear protective portion, the eye protective portion and the ear protective portion being functionally cooperating. The protective device utilizes the eye protective portion of the device as the head support for the ear protective portion of the device and configures the eye protective portion within a single piece of optically clear material that reduces or eliminates the discontinuity between the lenses and frame of conventional eyeglasses and provides for unimpeded peripheral vision. A one piece polycarbonate resin eye protective portion is coupled with the ear protective portion to allow the eye protective portion to move between a “down” position and an “up” position.

  • Patent number: 5259518
Abstract: A system for merchandising a plurality of discrete products is disclosed. The system comprises a frame comprising a front and rear support assembly, a front cross-member and a rear cross-member. An outer pair of spaced, inwardly tapered, parallel roller tracks extend between the front cross-member and the rear cross member. A plurality of bi-directionally tapering roller tracks are disposed in parallel between the outer pair of roller tracks and extend between the front cross-member and the rear cross-member. Each of the roller tracks cooperate with an adjacent one of the roller tracks to form a generally V-shaped guide for sequentially delivering product. The bi-directionally tapering roller tracks are laterally adjustable to selectably adjust the width of each of the guides.

  • Patent number: 5038944
Abstract: A display rack for displaying and dispensing windshield wipers contained in elongated individual containers having a mounting hole at one end is disclosed. The display rack is configured as a one-piece element having a wall-mounting back portion and a top shelf extending forwardly from the top of the back portion. Forwardly extending L-shaped hangers for hanging the containers are supported by insertion into apertures in a pair of horizontal rails extending laterally along a lower portion of the back portion. Alignment of the individual hangers into a parallel forwardly extending array is provided by alignment extensions disposed on the upper rail which nestingly aligningly receive portions of the forwardly extending hangers. Suitable integral extension webs joining the back portion and the rails add strength to the assembly.
