    Abstract: The output of a first monostable multivibrator controls output-driving dees to provide an operating current and voltage to latch each magnetic latching relay in a first position. The first multivibrator then triggers a second monostable multivibrator whose output in conjunction with logic means controls output-driving devices to provide an operating current and voltage to latch selected relays in a second position.
