    Abstract: A lightweight concrete nailer form preferably includes a semi-tubular member and a plurality of cross members. The semi-tubular member includes a bottom wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a first upper flange and a second upper flange. A height of the first and second sidewalls may also increase over a length of the semi-tubular member to form a tapered semi-tubular member. A plurality of openings are preferably formed through the bottom wall and the first side wall for the flow of lightweight concrete. The cross member preferably includes a bottom flange, an upright member and a top flange. An opening is formed through the upright member for the flow of lightweight concrete. The plurality of cross members fit inside the semi-tubular member. The semi-tubular member may be stacked with a second semi-tubular member. A cover plate may be attached to a top of the semi-tubular member.

Fascia trim is attached to the top portion of the vertical attachment flange with a plurality of self-tapping fasteners.

A plurality of first openings are formed adjacent a first edge of each strip. A plurality of second openings are formed adjacent a second edge of each strip. A plurality of fastener openings are formed in the lower strip and a plurality of fastener clearance openings in the upper strip. An upward bent fold is formed in a center of each of the plurality of first and second openings. First and second edges of the strips are bent to form a U-shape. The upper member is inserted into the lower member. The upper and lower members are attached to each other with a plurality of fasteners. The metal nailer with adjustable curvature may be bent in horizontal and/or vertical planes.

The pitched perforated support member is placed on top of the plurality of lower intermittent spacers. The plurality of upper intermittent spacers are attached to the plurality of lower intermittent spacers. The plurality of hip covers are snapped on to the pitched perforated support member. The two hip cover end caps are attached to the roof and two hip covers. A deflector strip is preferably attached adjacent each side of the hip ventilator.

A vented fascia system preferably includes a rear plate, a roof flange, at least two bracket spacers, a fascia plate and a ventilation strip.     Abstract: A metal roof retrofit skylight preferably includes a glazing pane, a pane retention frame and at least one self-stick sealing sheet. The pane retention frame preferably includes a bottom leg and a top leg. One end of the bottom and top legs preferably form a fastening flange. The other end of the top is offset from the bottom leg to form a pane space that is sized to receive a thickness of the glazing pane. Each self-stick sealing sheet includes a sealing sheet and release paper. The sealing sheet is applied over a portion of the glazing pane and a membrane roofing material to provide a seal between the membrane roofing material and the glazing pane. An optional condensation collector is installed in a skylight opening in the metal roof. The metal roof retrofit skylight is attached to the metal roof around a perimeter of the skylight opening.
