The collapsible rotisserie and grill and oven accessory comprises folding side panels and a folding rear panel, a front panel that removably engages to the side panels and side panels including apetures adapted for receiving a spit therethrough. The collapsible rotisserie and grill and oven accessory can be disassembled into a compact portable carrying structure.
