  • Patent number: 11978065
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for managing transaction disputes. Techniques include accessing a transaction pattern model associated with a user account; detecting deviation of a transaction from the transaction pattern model; transmitting, based on the detected deviation, transaction data to a user device; receiving an input at the user device in response to the transmitted data; generating, based on the received input, dispute data; storing the dispute data; monitoring data extracts associated with the user account; detecting, based on the monitoring, a data extract indicating a posted state of a transaction associated with the dispute data; and updating the dispute data based on the data extract indicating the posted state.

  • Patent number: 10928506
Abstract: A system and method for controlling multiple transponders in an aircraft to prevent the aircraft from becoming invisible to air traffic control. If a first transponder is turned off when the aircraft is airborne, a second transponder will automatically switch on. In some implementations, if the second transponder is turned off, a third transponder will automatically switch on. In one implementation, the third transponder cannot be turned off while the touchdown-relay confirms the aircraft is in the air. When the aircraft has landed, whichever one of the three transponders is on may be turned off. In some implementations the multiple transponders are arranged in a circular daisy chain.

  • Publication number: 20190291194
Abstract: A saw 10 has a handle 11 and a blade 12 projecting from the handle. The blade 12 has an edge 14 along which a plurality of saw teeth 15 project. The saw 10 further includes a flexible and retractable saw guard 20 which is connected to the saw 10 and which is retractable from a guard position in which the saw guard 20 overlies the saw teeth 14 and a retracted position in which the saw teeth 14 are exposed.

  • Patent number: 10400710
Abstract: A third stream duct producing a third air stream at reduced pressure that is exhausted through a separate nozzle that is concentric with the main or primary engine nozzle. The third stream exhaust air from the separate concentric nozzle is exhausted to a location at which pressure is ambient or sub-ambient. The location at which the third stream air is exhausted contributes to the thrust of the aircraft. The airstream from the third air duct is exhausted through an exhaust nozzle of the third duct that is positioned at the interface between the aft of the airframe and the leading edge of the engine outer flaps. This location is a low pressure region that has a recirculation zone. The exhaust of third stream air to this low pressure region substantially reduces or eliminates this recirculation zone and associated boat tail drag, thereby improving the efficiency of the engine.

  • Patent number: 9920710
Abstract: An exhaust system for a variable cycle aircraft engine. The exhaust system comprises a core exhaust for bypass air and hot gases of combustion. The core exhaust includes a convergent-divergent nozzle. The convergent-divergent nozzle is formed from a plurality of flaps and seals. The exhaust system comprises a third air duct for a third stream of air. The third stream of air is selectively exhausted from the third duct through a secondary nozzle or divergent slots in the convergent-divergent nozzle, or both depending upon the flight mode. A diverter valve is positioned in the third stream duct to selectively control the flow of third stream air through the secondary nozzle, the divergent slots and combinations thereof.
