  • Publication number: 20210317668
Abstract: An engineered, flood resilient, magnetically adhered, interior wall panel and trim system is disclosed. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the system includes galvanized steel mounting strips, magnetically adhered receiver trims, base and chair rail moldings, inside and outside corner trims with receivers, and a plurality of magnetically adhered, tongue and grooved wall panels. The system components are manufactured from waterproof, mold and mildew resistant, insect proof, and recyclable materials, and due to the magnetically adhered attachment system, the present invention's resilient characteristics enable quick and easy removal and re-installation, in the wake of recurring flood events, by those skilled in the art, without the need for nails, fasteners or power tools.

  • Publication number: 20070250099
Abstract: A lancet comprises a body and a shaft. The body has an end face and a bore. The shaft is secured to the body and extends through the bore such that a distal section of the shaft extends outwardly from the end face of the body. The distal section has an axial slot that extends through the distal end of the shaft to form a first and a second protrusion. The first and second protrusions each have a spike on the end thereof.

  • Publication number: 20030209254
Abstract: The lipstick applicator has a generally arcuate shape conforming to the arcuate shape of a mouth. The applicator has at least one channel-like lip-contacting portion having a recessed cross-section and containing lipstick or lip balm material for applying to the lips. The cross-section of the lip-contacting portion has a U-shape or an arcuate shape. The lipstick or lip balm can be applied to one or both lips in a single application. Also, the ends of the applicator are shaped to conform to the corners of the mouth to ensure even application of the lipstick or lip balm to the corners as well. The applicator can also be provided with finger grips for holding the applicator while in use and an optional cover which protects the lipstick and lip balm when not in use.

  • Patent number: 5410816
Abstract: A body, having a straight-edged rule fixed thereto, and transverse thereto, slidably receives a pair of blocks which also have straight-edged rules fixed thereto. All the rules are parallel, and one thereof is used to engage a proximate wall surface, while the other two are adjustably set to take the measure across a last-laid tile. Then, the first, which engages the wall surface is fully retracted, while the adjustably-set other two rules are advanced, with the body, to the wall surface. The outermost rule, then, along its straight edge, defines whereat a next tile is to be cut to fit an undersized space.

  • Patent number: 5207730
Abstract: A pair of pivotably-joined jaws have a clamp, coupled thereto, for setting the jaws in a selected angular position therebetween and for preventing a pivotable widening thereof after the angle has been set. Too, one of the jaws has an anvil extending therefrom, and a slide hammer assembly, coupled to the anvil, causes percussive jarring of the jaws, in order to free up a stuck expansion tube from an evaporator line. Recesses formed adjacent terminal ends of the jaws engage ears of the expansion tube to enhance the grip thereon.

  • Patent number: 5068930
Abstract: Seat is journalled on an annular bearing, and is centrally apertured to permit cleansing of the invalid's personal parts. The seat is journalled, as aforesaid, on a track which is movable horizontally relative to a basic frame. Accordingly, the seat can be moved from an overhung disposition relative to an edge of a bathtub, to a centered disposition in the middle of the bathrub, and the seat can be turned from an outwardly-facing disposition thereof to a disposition turned ninety degrees therefrom. Limbs fixed to the frame support the frame within a bathrub, and an outwardly-extending arm is provided to engage an edge of the bathtub to insure against the apparatus tilting due to the weight of the invalid, especially when set upon the seat in the overhung disposition.
