  • Patent number: 11959492
Abstract: A pump assembly and method of cooling process air generated by the pump. The assembly includes a pump and a motor coupled by a gear arrangement. The pump has a cooling air intake and a cooling air exhaust and a process air intake and a process air discharge. The assembly also includes a heat exchanger having a process air inlet and a process air outlet. The assembly includes isolated first and second regions such that within the first region the cooling air exhaust of the pump is positioned at a first stage of tubing within the heat exchanger and further such that within the second region the cooling air intake of the pump is positioned at a second stage of tubing within the heat exchanger.

  • Publication number: 20220221436
Abstract: A reassurance control system and method of use thereof are disclosed herein. The reassurance control system comprising a controller, such as a programmable logic controller, having one or more import ports, wherein each of the one or more ports is assigned a fluid identity. The system further includes a transducer coupled to a fluid and to the controller via a first port having a first fluid identity of the one or more ports. The transducer produces and transmits an identity signal and a pressure signal to the controller. The controller matches the assigned fluid identity of the first port to the identity signal. Wherein responsive to the assigned fluid identity of the first port matching the identity signal, the controller based upon the received identity signal instructs a display to display an identity of the fluid and wherein based upon the received pressure signal displays a pressure of the fluid.

  • Patent number: 7207174
Abstract: A control valve assembly has a first chamber with a first port, a second chamber with a second port, and a first valve that is operative to open between the first and second chambers in response to elevated pneumatic pressure in the first chamber. A second valve is operative to open between the second chamber and a primary exit port to vent the second chamber in response to elevated pneumatic pressure in the second chamber. A third valve is operative to open between the first chamber and a bypass exit port to vent the first chamber in response to elevated pneumatic pressure in the first chamber.

  • Patent number: 6227815
Abstract: A reciprocating compressor apparatus includes a piston and a drive mechanism configured to reciprocate the piston. A housing contains a lubricant for the drive mechanism in a lubricant chamber at one side of the piston. The apparatus further includes a conduit pneumatically communicating the lubricant chamber with an opposite side of the piston, a check valve that prevents flow from the intake plenum to the lubricant chamber, and an inlet valve that acts as a throttling device to reduce the pressure in the inlet plenum.
