  • Publication number: 20240376837
Abstract: A rotating crankcase ventilation filter element comprises a filter media comprising a plurality of filter media layers. A first endcap is positioned on a filter media first end of the filter media, and a second endcap positioned on a filter media second end of the filter media. the second endcap coupled to the first endcap such that the first endcap and the second endcap define an internal volume within which the filter media is disposed. The second endcap comprises an axial seal member extending from a surface of the second endcap towards the filter media and forming an axial seal with the filter media. The axial seal member projects substantially parallel to a direction of axial fluid flow entering the filter media.
